Anatoli Melnik — Founder & Principal, VIK MGM Corporation.
Anatoli Melnik has spent more than thirty years building in New York — starting on job sites and earning his expertise across every major trade: framing, masonry, concrete, and finish work. That hands-on foundation is the basis of everything VIK MGM Corporation represents today.
He established the company with a clear purpose: to offer clients a level of accountability that is too often absent in the industry — transparent pricing, direct communication, and personal oversight on every project, regardless of scale.
Anatoli remains closely involved in day-to-day operations, walking sites and staying accessible to clients throughout the construction process. Those who have worked with him consistently describe the same qualities: calm professionalism, technical depth, and an uncompromising standard of workmanship.
